Email forwarding feature allows to automatically forward all incoming messages of an account to another chosen account.
TIP: You can use this feature to backup user’s data. If a certain user’s receives important messages you can automatically forward it to another backup account.
To Forward messages to another account
1) Open WorldPosta control panel.
2) Click on Mailboxes in Hosted Organization section.
3) From Mailboxes page, click on the user that you want to edit.
4) Click on the tab Mail Flow Settings.
5) Check Enable Forwarding, a field will appear.
6) Enter the email you want forward message to, or you can click on Lookup User, a list of all of your contacts will appear, you can easily select the one you want.
7) Click on Save Changes or Save Changes and Exit when you’re done.
