Issues & symptoms

1- When you try you to use one of the apps, this message appears.

2- When you open a document (an office document) which contains an app for WorldPosta Webmail, this error message appears:

Cause:

If you use Internet Explorer, the Restricted Sites zone may be not enabled.

Solution:

1-use Google Chrome, Firefox, or any other web browser.
2- If you must use Internet Explorer, then follow this workaround:

  1. Download the following updates:
  1. Re-enable protected mode for Restricted Sites:
    1. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
    2. Click the Security tab, and then select the Restricted Sites Zone.
    3. Select the Enable Protected Mode check box, and then click OK.
    4. Restart Internet Explorer.
