Further, we can do it on your behalf if you want to avoid the hassle of data transferring.

What is the maximum mailbox storage?

What is the maximum size of attachments?

WorldPosta can provide users with up to 40MB for attachments.

Can I set up multiple plans for the domain?

Can we add users anytime we need?

Sure, you can add users any time through the admin panel after you enlarge your users’ quota.

How can I check my next payment through the admin panel?

Just go to the dashboard from the admin and click on billing module to find all the billing details.

How can I change my email password?

You can refer to your IT administrator to change from the admin panel.

I cannot find the Contacts which I have already added on the OWA on the Outlook.

If you used the IMAP configuration, then you will not be able to find the contacts on the outlook, but if you used the automatic configuration, you can will find all changes synchronized among all platforms.

How long does it for my old data to be transitioned?

There are multiple factors that control the process of data migration. Among these factors are the network speed and the size of mailboxes and messages that we need to transition

Can I specify the folders that I want to shift from the previous hosting provider??

Sure, while migration, you can leave out specific folders that you do not want to transition. Moreover, you can set a time frame for the folders and files you want to shift.

Can I get WorldPosta’s IPs for my Firewall?

You just need names and ports not the IPs as the IPs change on a regular basis.

Can I configure my startup account using IMAP protocol?

No, as it is needless to use IMAP protocol for the startup account.

Why do I need an email address to make registration?

Because for any new user who wants to register with WorldPosta needs an email address through which we can send him confirmation email, notifications, password recovery, or any other authentication purposes.

How many group lists can I create?

You can set up an unlimited number of group lists that contain both internal and external recipients.

How can I view my email online?

What is the difference between IMAP and POP3?

The essential difference is that POP3 downloads the email from the server to your personal computer and then deletes it from the server, while IMAP keeps the message on the server and synchronizes the message across multiple devices that can retrieve the messages at the same time.

Can I send a large set of messages all at once?

Yes, you can as we do not make restrictions on the number of messages; however, if it is for a marketing campaign, we do not offer this service. Additionally, we do automatic scanning over emails to be certain that they are spam-free.

I cannot log in with email and password.

When logging in, you have to enter the username you have entered when registering with WorldPosta and the password.

Where can I check my billing invoice?

You can go to the dashboard and click on “Billing” from “Admin and Billing” to find put the billing details.

Can you help me? I am locked out of my control panel!

How to transition my old data to WorldPosta?

We make it as easy as possible. First, we can make it on your behalf. You just need to provide us with an excel sheet that holds:• Old host IMAP server name• Email addresses• Passwords

How can I add an admin to my account?

You can go to the admin panel dashboard to add admins into your organization.

How can I submit a ticket?

You can go directly to the admin dashboard to click on the “Tickets” module.

Is the payment monthly or yearly?

You have multiple options to choose from: both monthly and yearly rate plans are available.

I cannot view/download certain attachments!

When you receive a message with supported attachment type (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, .pdf files, most image files), some file types will open in a window next to your reading pane, you can read it without (in some cases you can edit) leaving the OWA page.
If you can’t read/view/edit supported attachments in OWA, this may be due to your internet connection that causes a timeout with our servers (recommended 1MB internet plan). The maximum size limits are set on mailboxes to help control the size of messages that can be sent or received.
The maximum message size limits apply to the total size of a message. This includes the message header, the message body, and any attachments, make sure the total size does not exceed 40MB. If the attachment can’t be opened in the preview window, you’ll be prompted to download the attachment.

How do you handle server redundancy of the data and backup?

Server redundancy is implemented in an enterprise IT infrastructure where server availability is of paramount importance. Also WorldPosta implemented a high availability feature to provide redundancy and fault tolerance. It is a number of connected devices processing and providing a service. Its goal is to ensure this service is always available even in the event of a failure. WorldPosta uses redundant data centers, to distribute the data in several locations for maximum availability of data restoration, also backing up your data. In addition, you can back up your own data by using client (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc…) Also, you can use the Restore feature that allows you to restore any shift+deleted Items within 60 days.
