Fix Email delivery issues

This article to help you when your users report that they’re not getting emails, it can be hard to find what’s wrong. You might think there is a problem with WorldPosta service or your mail clients such as outlook or Thunderbird.

First, check your internet connection

Maybe your internet connection isn’t working, make sure that the connections are working fine.

If the problem still exists, proceed to the next step.

Second, check outlook or other email apps

If one user reported a problem receiving email, then the problem may be in their mail client (such as outlook) make sure that your email client connected to the server by checking the info bar at the bottom of your window.

If you’re using Outlook

If you’re using Thunderbird (the down left corner)

If the user receives emails in WorldPosta webmail but not on the mail client, then this maybe an issue of the email client or the machine of the user.

If the problem still exists, proceed to the next step.

Third, use WorldPosta webmail

Try accessing your WorldPosta Email using webmail (mail.worldposta.com), you should find the missing emails there

If the issue still exists, proceed to the next step.

Fourth, for admins: make sure that the MX record are correctly set up
