WorldPosta systems are cloud based systems, which means that all of your data are hosted on the cloud and the only way you can connect with the cloud is via internet. in order to efficiently use the service, and to keep your devices synchronized with our cloud, you should use the supported systems and platforms to fully benefit from WorldPosta features.

Best Practices for slow connections:
If you have the minimum requirements, and still suffer from slow connectivity, you may use the following practices:
-Upgrade to Outlook 2013 with SP1 or later versions.
-Use WorldPosta Webmail in the offline mode (Cached Mode), it automatically connects whenever possible.
-Make sure that your device has no malware.
-If possible, add more memory.
