Add an email signature to messages

Create personalized signatures that appear at the end of your messages.
Signatures may contain text, images, a logo, or an image of your handwritten signature.

How to create a signature

  1. In a new message section, choose Signature >Signatures.

  1. On the Email Signature tab, choose New.
  2. Type your name, then choose OK.
  3. Under Edit signature section, compose your signature, and then click OK.

How to add a signature

  • In a new message, choose Signature, then choose the signature that you want.
