Add an email signature to messages
Create personalized signatures that appear at the end of your messages.
Signatures may contain text, images, a logo, or an image of your handwritten signature.
How to create a signature
- In a new message section, choose Signature >Signatures.
- On the Email Signature tab, choose New.
- Type your name, then choose OK.
- Under Edit signature section, compose your signature, and then click OK.
How to add a signature
- In a new message, choose Signature, then choose the signature that you want.
