In order to provide increased stability, reliability, and performance, we may perform a planned maintenance that includes updates and changes in the service, these changes can include:

How to find out about planned maintenance?

If the changes impact your ability to use the service, your organization’s admin will receive an email notification through the email you’ve provided.

Unplanned Maintenance

From time to time, WorldPosta service may inevitably encounter the unplanned issue that requires an immediate action to ensure availability. These events cannot be predicted, so they are not considered as planned maintenance.

How do I find out about unplanned maintenance?

The organization’s Admin will receive an Unplanned Maintenance notification mail, these emails go out to all our clients’ system administrators in every event that may affect your business.

Security Updates

WorldPosta security team regularly performs the following tasks to ensure the security of the system:

– scans the service to identify possible vulnerabilities.
– Scans the systems to ensure that every key security controls are operating effectively.

– updates the firewalls and the multi-layer security systems against zero-day attacks.

– Evaluations of the service to determine any vulnerabilities.

How do I find out about security updates?

Organizations’ system admins usually don’t receive notification, as these updates don’t require service downtime. If the security update requires service downtime, it’s considered as planned maintenance.

Major service updates

From time to time, WorldPosta may release a major update, including new features and functionality to the service

A service incident occurs when you’re not able to use the service, for example, All of your users are unable to sign in to email.
