Start Synchronization Process

Start Synchronization:

Once the application is installed on your desktop client, the Settings window will pop up:

1) Virtual online drive: Choose the drive that will be created on your desktop holding an image/copy/mirror for your cloud.

2) Local offline root: Browse the local folder that you want to sync your CloudSpace root with on your desktop.

Example: You choose Drive “A” and a local folder on your desktop named “Desktop”.

-Drive A (will be named after your username) is holding an image for your CloudSpace data, and any modifications made to any file will be as it’s directly modified on your CloudSpace through the web.

-Folder “desktop” will sync automatically with your CloudSpace root, so any changes made to that folder will sync with your CloudSpace and vice versa (in case of choosing Merge in the Sync Direction settings).

3) Sync Direction:

-Upload:

Means that the local offline root folder is the source of data and can be synced with your cloud. The synchronization process here is one-way data transfer to the cloud

We could consider the cloud to be a backup for the local folder

-Download:

Means that cloud is the source of data and can be synced with any local offline root folder cloud. The synchronization process here is a one-way data transfer to the local folder.

We could consider the local folder to be a backup for your Cloud.

-Merge:

Changes in the cloud are synchronized with the local folder and Changes in the local folder are synchronized with the cloud (two-way data transfer)

4) Check Sync every: you will have to set the frequent timing you want your system to sync your data automatically

5) Activate the personal Assistance: To Activate the sound instructions
