By accessing, browsing, using WorldPosta’s primary website and/or our related websites, you are agreeing to the following terms of use.

These terms apply to the WorldPosta websites located at www.worldposta.com and all WorldPosta owned and/or operated websites that are linked to www.worldposta.com by WorldPosta and its subsidiaries, including secure areas and protected login pages linked to the websites (the “WorldPosta Websites”).

These terms apply to any and all online resources, materials, download areas, tools and educational areas provided on WorldPosta websites, including but not limited to, blogs, community forums, knowledge centers, service offerings information.

Please note that WorldPosta may update, change, and/or add any part of this document without any further notice.

Your continued use of the websites after any changes to these Terms are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP

 

All the material, information, manuals, and articles posted in WorldPosta website pages; all designs, images, text, documents, videos, support content, user interfaces, and secured areas; are owned by WorldPosta;

The content of WorldPosta websites may not be copied, translated, adapted, published, posted, used, reused, reformatted, sold, or otherwise distributed in anyway without a prior written permission from WorldPosta;

CONTENT YOU SUBMIT:

Blogs, articles, community forums, and other discussion pages of WorldPosta website may be made available to our customers and users.

You acknowledge and agree, that as to any content you, as a user, may submit via our websites become public information and it shall be provided on a non-confidential basis;

Documents submitted solely for the consideration of WorldPosta management teams may be shared with the authorized personnel;

You should always be cautious when submitting any documents that may contain identifiable or personal information about you or any third party you represent to WorldPosta websites.

Trial & Termination

 

 

30 Day Trial

WorldPosta covers the service with a 30-day money-back guarantee if and when client dissatisfaction or occurrence of misrepresentation by WorldPosta representatives to an extent that voids the service delivery expectations of agreement clauses.

Service Termination

WorldPosta provides an electronic, term-based service described in its SLAs and shall be automatically renewed on designated dates of renewal except in the cases of failure to submit due payments by the client or violating prohibited usage clause conditions.

cancelling auto-renewal shall be requested by the client with a written notice submitted via email to [email protected] or calling the support lines of WorldPosta or by a notice to the reseller’s email, fax, phones or mailing to serve as a clear consent by the authorized party on the agreement.
In the event of termination of the contract, the WorldPosta shall implement an orderly return of the Second Party data in a pre-defined format and the subsequent secure disposal of the Customer data.

Suspension of Services

During any period of suspension, WorldPosta shall not take any action to erase any of the Customer data.

Termination of Any Services or Agreement

In the event of termination of any services or agreement in entirety, WorldPosta shall not take any action to erase the Customer data for a period of 90 days after
the effective date of the termination. After such 90-day period, WorldPosta shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any data to the Customer and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited and subject to applicable law, destroy all the Customer data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control.

Post-Termination Assistance

The Customer shall be entitled to any post-termination assistance generally made available with respect to the Service unless a unique data retrieval arrangement has been established as part of a Service Level Agreement.

Secure Data Disposal

When requested by Customer, WorldPosta shall destroy all requested data in all of its forms, for example: disk, CD/DVD, backup tape, and paper. Data shall be permanently deleted and shall not be recoverable, according to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) approved methods.

PROHIBITED USAGE

 

By using WorldPosta websites, you agree not to upload, post or otherwise transmit via WorldPosta websites any content that is misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, offensive, violent, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, libelous, racially, ethnically, religiously or otherwise objectionable;  or any files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, Worms, corrupted files or code, files and programs designed to impede or destroy the functionality of any computer software or hardware; spyware and malware designed for phishing and with a view to compromise the data security and integrity, and obtain sensitive personal or financial information.

TRADEMARKS

 

The trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans and domain names referenced on WorldPosta websites are either common-law service marks, trademarks or registered service marks or trademarks of WorldPosta or its subsidiaries and are protected by trademark laws.

Other names of actual companies and products mentioned on WorldPosta websites may be the trademarks of their respective owners and reference to them does not suggest sponsorship, endorsement or association with WorldPosta.
