How to Share Calendar
How to share calendar on Outlook desktop application.
1. Click on Calendar Icon (in the left down corner).
2. In the Ribbon bar, click on Share Calendar.
3. Enter the name or Email of the user to share your calendar with in the To field.
4. Click Send.
-You can only share your calendar, you cannot share other users’ shared calendars.
-You can share your calendar with any users hosted on WorldPosta (inside or outside your organization).
-You can grant other users permission to access, view, edit your calendar, and respond to meeting requests on your behalf.
