Create a Group Task
 

In this tab, you can create a collection of actions grouped under one category, which can later be utilized as a single task.

To Create a Group Task, click on the “+” sign at the top-right corner, then set up the Name, Object Type and Action, then click on “Add Detail”. You can Add as many actions as you want under the same Object, if you want to discard an action just click on the sign next to it, after you’re done click on “Save”.
