Email Attachment Sizes
 

Any mail sent or received bigger than your size assigned for your plan will not be delivered to the other end.
The quotas are as follows:

– Enterprise Plan 50 MB

– Pro Plan 40 MB

– Business Plan 35 MB

– Light Plan 20 MB

Please Note:

When you send an email message that is bigger than you’re assigned for your plan from external email to WorldPosta, you won’t receive a notification. But if you send from WorldPosta to a recipient in WorldPosta, you will receive a notification for the error.

Solution:

You must upgrade your plan to be able to send and receive bigger messages size.
