What are Internet Message Headers?

Internet Message Headers are detailed technical summaries accompanying an email, offering insights into the sender, the software utilized for sending, and the email servers the message traversed before reaching its recipient.

To view Internet message headers through the Outlook App:

1. Double click on the email message you want to view its headers.

2. Click File.

3. Select Properties.

4. Header information will appear in the Internet Headers box.

1. Open the message you want to view its headers.

2. Click on the three dotted menu.

3. Select View Message details.
