Issue with Automatically Generated Meetings in Outlook
 

Problem:

A newly added feature to the outlook cause an automatic meeting generation in the user calendar without any notification or confirmation request

Solution:

To disable that feature and stop meeting auto-generation please follow the below steps:

1. Open your Microsoft Outlook

2. Click on file tab at the top left corner

3. Choose options from the menu

4. Click on Mail from the side menu

5. Uncheck Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls from Tracking section
